Help help I'm being repressed!

Argh! B@st@rd$. I got a letter back from my insurance company telling me they're only going to pay what they offered. They haven't offered any justification other than their own opinion or answered any of my questions so I'm going to keep writing.

The other thing is it would seem Logica have changed their proxy server so I can't get out with trillian - bah.

Well I'm off to try and calm down and do some work...
