An updatey thing, doubtless without much updateyness

Well I haven't written much here for a while. Life is ticking over but with of course the usual (or not so usual) share of difficulties. I'm maintaining something like 60-80% satisfaction at work - politics and having many things to do, which I only get negative feedback for are the down sides. On the plus side I am enjoying the challenges to basically shape the IT future of the company (at least; that of the sides I am interested in).

I have clear and achievable objectives with the house - I'm just concentrating on the most pressing things like getting it in shape for the party (which to be honest it needs anyway). I may well end up taking some holiday to start getting somewhere with it soon.

The party is open to all by the way - please come along!

I completely forgot to say, and may still forget to say (hence me writing it down) that your dad called my house on Monday evening. You should get in touch, I know you haven't for a while..
