Second Announcement

As I hoped (knew?) it was better in the morning. Not all better. It's just been an intense couple of weeks and people are very strung out. As always, it started with me trying to be helpful - as people who know me will know, sometimes I can go too far. The drop from feeling very high to very low was pretty nasty. Now it's time to try and relax and repair.
