Well that wasn't so relaxing :(

I was up until 3am sorting out the internet link issue at work. Then in the morning it still wasn't working and our ISP only finally admitted the problem lay in their network at about 3pm. Major words are going to be had with them on Monday. I can see the shit is going to fly. I'm not looking forwards to this.

As it stands, it's still not fixed now, but at least we know who's responsible.

At least I can go in if I have to more easily now that kissycat1000 is back and I don't have the kids and a broken clutch cable to contend with... :/

UPDATE: It appears to be fixed now. Hopefully I'll just get some confirmation from our ISP. I will be asking them to send a full report to us.
