Another phone interview? I did think that the next one would be face to face again. Was this for any particular reason, or do you have to go through what's basically another interview process with a different person now? *Confused look*
I haven't had a phone interview. The Chief Architect who's interviewing me (ie. my potential new boss) works most of the time up in Edinburgh. His next scheduled visit to Gloucester is not until 22nd August, and in her words they were very keen to interview me, so would I consider a video / phone interview. I of course said yes. Phone is easiest for me, although I will now be biting nails and fingers waiting for The Call™. Hmm.
A bit of a fiasco, but yes. You interview well either face to face or on the phone, so that should be no problem for you either way. The person who interviewed you face to face must have OKed you in order for you to get this far, so hopefully if the chief architect finds nothing to dislike about you, he'll give the go-ahead to make you a job offer. *Crosses fingers*
