I've not been sleeping well this week, mainly due to backache I think. I don't like being tired all the time! *sulk*

I will do my back exercises tonight, see if that helps.

Backache isn't nice. :( Definitely do your exercises, and try and make sure you sit up straight and don't slouch over your desk at work.
