kissycat1000 and I did go swimming last night. I forgot how long hair behaves in a pool, and spent ages getting the knots out in the shower afterwards. Will be restraining it next time somehow. I'm glad I brought my conditioner.
Tried to take it easy, but still feel like someone has injected a load of lead in all my limbs. Plus I woke myself up at 5:38 when I tried to roll over onto.. yup you guessed it, my still sore hip. If it doesn't clear up soon I'm going to the doctor's - not that they'll be able to do much I guess.
Now have a cold as well, of course.
Roll on the weekend.
