Do you suppose it's worth pointing it out to someone? Or is it quite likely that whomever you point it out to will just give you a blank look, and fail to understand that the incorrect punctuation has totally changed the meaning of the phrase? :/

You know, I thought about pointing it out to the person behind the counter, but I decided that with the numbers of people going through the store, someone must have already done it. Well that and I liked the thought of leaving it there.

I'll have to take my camera next time I go which will probably be next week now. The phrase isn't exactly as I said above but it does have "Your" at the front where it should clearly be "You're"...

unlikely. in my experience, the number of people who actually mention things like that is pretty low.
Could you just pencil in the "'re"?
