I feel like I'm getting closer to breakthroughs in my work and personal life. Challenging conversations on both fronts - not negative, but constructive.

But work pressures are unrelenting. I'm enjoying the challenge but it's taking up most of my being right now. Strangely, watching Cesar Millan - Dog Whisperer reminds me that interactions can be pretty straightforwards when you understand how you need to behave and what the other party responds well to.
