Today, I have been mostly INCOMPREHENSIBLE RAGE

I think I'm just tired, but today has been full of RAGE. I therefore have tried to avoid sending emails or generally interacting as much as possible.

Which is annoying as I've been going to bed slightly earlier to try and get more sleep to shake off whatever this bug is that's clearly trying to pull me down. All that's happened is I've woken up earlier.

Anyway enough of this, I'm going to go do the metaphorical equivalent of stick my head in the sand.

You may need to go and hit something - I find splitting logs for the fire does me lots of good.
