azekeilOooh! The poll is running SOO close. I am scoring the most positive and negative as one point, and the less positive and negative answers as half a point, and the maybe as nothing. Using that system, the poll stands just half a point in favour of her being NOT a goth.

I submit that the prosecution's evidence is circumstantial at best. The defence on the other hand is the classic defence of the much harrassed NotAGoth, with which I am very familiar ;)
Should this prosecution be successful, it would set a very dangerous precedent for NotAGoths everywhere. I call upon you to support diversity, good taste and individuality and find the defendant not guilty!
Now if you'll excuse me, I must dye my hair.......
