We're thinking of having a BBQ as well on the Saturday if the weather is okay (if you can bring your BBQ [livejournal.com profile] stuartl that would be great *grin*) - I suggest you come along without BBQ food and if it happens join one of the local supermarket expeditions that I'm sure will happen to get suitable food.

I strongly suggest people update and check the poll for who's coming as I believe there are people who would not like to see each other planning to come. At the end of the day it's not my problem and this is the limit to which I will get involved. You Have Been Warned.

(hint: you can tell people who have updated the poll because they appear at the bottom of the list after updating)

I can't believe that people are so childish as to not to be able to share the same space-time with people they don't like. Surely they can maintain some degree of civil conversation, even if it's to say "I'm going into the living room, why don't you go into the dining room?".

Or am I misinterpreting...

Well there was one very obvious potential car-crash which now won't happen (Phew)as someone's gone off to Wales for the weekend.

"It would have been nice to shout at you again but unfortunately I'm off to a different country."

And Wales? I mean in the summer it's lovely. In the winter it's, um, wet. And sheepy. Oh. Sheepy. Hmm. Maybe...

Well quite.
Anyway, I will be there. Make yourself known and then we can have a huge fallout and go to separate rooms.

Hello!

I hope you have a fantastic house warming party. Unfortunately I won't be able to make Saturday night as I am dog-sitting for my Nan and have to stay local. I might return to a chewed up house.

I expect to see plenty of pictures though :-) If you have another party any time soon, I'll definitely come along...

[livejournal.com profile] azekeil mentioned that you might appreciate a lift, is this still the case?

hey. Thanks for the offer. If I were sure I could go, I'd take you up on it. As it stands though, I am not sure I'm going to get all this stuff done, so it's safer if I say I'll take the train. I have to work in the evening as well so I would probably have to leave before you'd want to... agh. All so complicated! But thanks for the offer :) See you there if all goes well :)

There will probably come a point in the evening where I'll get fed up of watching all the drunk/stoned people laughing at each other falling over. Depends on the attendees when that might happen. When are you needed at work?

7:30, so I should be back by 7pm at the latest.

Ah, no that is a little early even for me. Mummy has told me I can stay out a little later than that just this once. Hopefully I'll still see you there, though. I'll be passing Reading about 9:30am (I have to pop into Swindon en route) if you do decide you'd like a lift. Do you still have my mobile number? After about 5:30 this evening I won't be able to check email etc.

oops. just getting this now (6:30) -- thanks for the offer but looks like I'm going to miss you! Hopefully see you tomorrow nonetheless, although at the moment I'm not as far along as I'd like to be :( Grr! Homework or party? heh...shouldn't I be beyond that choice now? *lol*

... I've a feeling I may not be able to make it, it's a long drive from Cambridge to Chelt and I'm also in deep imminent-withdrawal overplay mode on Uru Live..

If you really want to go and it's just the drive stopping you, I'm going from Huntingdon. We might be able to work something out.

When does this party start? Have we been told this datum and I've missed it, or are your parties so legendary that I ought to know by mere cultural osmosis?

Do I turn up at 7pm? 5am? When? (-8
From: [identity profile] azekeil.livejournal.com
It was in the first post - midday - but feel free to turn up whenever you choose after that :) Bear in mind you will be kicked out at 6pm on Sunday..

Poo; yeah. So you did. (-8

Given it's 1am and I'm still up, plus it's a two-hour drive, I guess I'm likely to turn up sometime around a 2-3pm window. Possibly 5pm, knowing my luck at the moment…
