I've just looked in our shared calendar and see kissycat1000 has put an entry in for the PARTY.. (strange how my social life seems to organise itself!). It looks like the work move is going ahead, so I can indeed start making tentative plans for a PARTY on Saturday November 13th, people welcome to arrive from midday and carries on until you fall over, pass out or go home.

This should be a fairly big one, with people from all over coming who I haven't seen for ages! So make the effort folks, this is going to be the last one until next year!

The idea is we may even (we're mad us!) have a BBQ if it's not a blizzard out, or whatever. Just bring food, booze and things to entertain (toys, glowy things, people, whatever *grin*)

A barbecue in November sounds entirely sane to me. Perhaps the weather will be cold enough that one can comfortably stand near it, unlike in summer. (-8

I will 'probably' be there, I am moving into a new house etc, but plan to be Sick To Death of it by then so will instead decide to bring some nice ales, drink self totally comatose and collapse overnight at yours unlike last times driving away shtick - sorry I had a wedding to go to.
