Ill. The third night or so without much sleep (this one worse than the others) and I called in sick to work. I don't have any sick days left so unless I want to be down a significant chunk of my salary I'll have to work next Friday and use the freed up holiday to ensure I still get full pay. Sucky.

I am shattered and bunged up and dehydrated. Hope I'm OK for this trip that starts tomorrow. I'm going to take it easy today and probably not go to Judder again this evening.

Definitely take it easy, stay curled up on the sofa under a nice duvet, and make puppy eyes at woman lots so she gives in and fetches you tea and other nice comforting stuff. :)

Don't forget that the law entitles you to statutory sick pay. I can't remember the rules but it's well worth looking it up on la net.
