I'm not dead.. yet!

Well, kissycat1000 and I did go swimming last night. I forgot how long hair behaves in a pool, and spent ages getting the knots out in the shower afterwards. Will be restraining it next time somehow. I'm glad I brought my conditioner.

Tried to take it easy, but still feel like someone has injected a load of lead in all my limbs. Plus I woke myself up at 5:38 when I tried to roll over onto.. yup you guessed it, my still sore hip. If it doesn't clear up soon I'm going to the doctor's - not that they'll be able to do much I guess.

Now have a cold as well, of course.

Roll on the weekend.

Some nothings

Walked to Tesco to buy my lower fat lunch. In the windy wind. Refused free snacks. Resisted crisps. Felt fairly good... crashing now though, due to the ills. Still can't quite bring myself to have sugarless tea at the moment. More tea I think.
