Good news and bad news

Well, I finally heard back from Messagelabs. The good news is that they want me back for a second interview! The bad news is that by the time they get around to organising it, they'll most likely want to do it when we're on holiday. So it won't happen for another couple of weeks then *sigh*.

Ah well - it's progress, and of a positive sort.

Have you told them when you're on holiday? They may try and fit in in beforehand if so.

Will do on Monday.. He returned my call as I was in the lift on the way out of work on Friday, so the mobile reception was crap, and all my stuff was in the lift. The lift is malfunctioning, so it ended up going up to the top floor where I got out to get better reception, and my stuff went up and down a few times while I was talking to him.. so I wasn't quite with it enough to mention it at the time..

Bit brave using a malfunctioning lift innit? Last time I did that I nearly got stuck in it (and I was due to catch a plane home so would NOT have been amused!).
