Got to start somewhere I suppose

This weekend had been great, then it went downhill last night. Now in process of beating myself up about how I handled it. Didn't start off well this morning either, but it's done now.

Not really sure what I want to say about it right now, but did want to at least make a note to myself, possibly to follow up later when I have time.

It's probably mainly tiredness now. No permanent harm done, I'm sure.
