Ow. Ow. OW!
Jan. 23rd, 2007 09:02 amWell I'm still alive.
But my hip has let it be known that IT DOES NOT APPRECIATE THE CYCLING!
Ow.
At least I have a doctor's appointment tomorrow morning. My sleep is suffering. I even had the indignity of having to climb down my stairs one step at a time.. on my bottom! After the first couple of steps, I just didn't trust my leg not to buckle under me or twinge in pain.
This has got to stop.
Well, the cycling was actually very successful. It took me hardly any longer than in the car and I wasn't sweaty or particularly out of breath when I got there or got back, and I felt much more alert while I was there - which has always been a problem in the past. Damn
sacha37 for bringing butterscotch shortbread snaps though. Damn him!
