kissycat1000 and our situation in that way, but I didn't have enough time to respond to it yesterday. I'm glad I had the chance to sleep on it as we had a lengthy exchange of emails today, which I'm pleased to report she seems much happier after us both understanding our different perspectives.
In other news, one of my work colleagues has dropped off a bottle of red on my desk by way of thanks for fixing up her computer. Oh, and food left over from a meeting meant I didn't have to buy lunch today. This is a Good Thing (TM).
