PMT in men

I have noticed something that I am actually now that curious about I am going to run a little experiment. I get really emotional in what is possibly a regular pattern. I will use LJ to record when I get emotional and see if it is regular and what the pattern (if any) is.

I wonder if it could be some sort of hormone induced emotions thing similar to PMT in women? I've always known how similarly I think to women (in general) in a lot of ways..

My last emotional period was all day Sunday, from when I woke up right until I went to sleep. I haven't found a suitable description of the phase of the moon but I think it was a little after full moon. Hmmm.

Men suffer from hormonal changes on a 28 day cycle the same as women do, this isn't as well recognised because men don't bleed when thier hormones go nuts. The human bodily systems work about the same in men and women, we aren't all that much different, the major difference being women have more oestrogen and men have more testosterone bumbling about in their system. The two hormones obviously have a different effect on what happens inside the body, but the hormonal cycles are still there.

im just sick and tired of my mood swings and i know that whotheheckami is too, being really good friends most of the time i inevitably fall out with him 2 times + a day.

grrrr i hate being a teenager.
