azekeilI feel like I'm beginning to get a handle on things at work now. I'm writing this while the scripts to create all the default oracle views and permissions etc are running. I could almost say I'm beginning to relax and enjoy myself... but naah, I think it's much more euphoric relief in disguise.

dylan has offered superb moral support and technical support too which is fab of him :)
I'm just about keeping up with the goings-on on LJ. Sorry to hear about the troubles a fair few of you are having. I hope to get the chance to comment on appropriate posts but I've been too busy to do much, what with travelling, trying to spend some quality time withkissycat1000, sleeping, work - of course, and trying to sort out the home computer issues.
Myself, I'm feeling a lot less stressed now that I can see a light at the end of the tunnel with the new role, and the legal things are now sorted and out of my hands. I can't say I enjoy stress that much so this is a welcome relief. Not sure what this weekend entails but I'll be spending it withkissycat1000 somewhere so that will be great :)
